Paying Your Invoice

At King Tours & Limousine Service Inc., we value your time and strive to make our payment process as convenient as possible. You can select from a variety of payment methods that best suits your needs.

1. Direct Invoice Payment

Our invoices sent via email include a “Review and Pay” link in the body of the email. You can use this link to make payments through:

  • Credit Card (excluding American Express)
  • Canadian Bank Transfer

2. American Express

For payments made via American Express, we require a completed credit card authorization form. Please fill out the form available at this link.

3. Bank Transfer

We accept payments through Canadian Bank Transfers. Please use the following details to execute the transfer:

  • Account Name: King Tours & Limousine Service Inc.
  • Bank: Royal Bank of Canada (RBC)
  • Institution Number: 0003
  • Routing Number: 06742
  • Account Number: 1022797

4. Interac Email Transfer

You can also make payments through Interac Email Transfer. To use this method, please send your payment to accounting@kinggroup.ca. When prompted for a security answer/password, use your invoice number. Please mention the name of your company in the memo field to allow us to match the payment to your account.

5. Cheque

While we discourage payments by cheque, if this is your preferred method, please make it payable to:

6. Bitcoin

We are pleased to accept payments in Bitcoin. For instructions on how to make payments via Bitcoin, please email your sales representative.

Deposits

If you wish to make a deposit instead of paying the full invoice amount, you can simply overwrite the total on your electronic invoice and enter the deposit amount.

Gratuities

If you wish to tip your driver, we encourage you to do so directly, as King Charters practices uncontrolled tipping. Please visit https://kingcharters.ca/tips for more information.
